It’s a sad Wednesday morning in Durham Region after details of the tragic crash in Whitby, which claimed the lives of four people, including three family members, are being processed.
The SIU is investigating after a police chase Monday evening ended when the suspect in a Bowmanville robbery drove the wrong way on Highway 401 before creating a deadly crash.
